I know I just did a book meme a few days ago, but I was tagged again by Liz! It's pretty quick and I have a few books sitting near me, so I'm choosing a new one.

Again, I'm not tagging anyone, but if you want to do this, please feel free to tag yourself. Here goes!

1. Pick up the nearest book.
2. Open to page 123
3. Find the fifth sentence.

The book is Italy in Small Bites by Carol Field.

"Divide the dough in half, and set each piece in oiled 12-inch round metal baking pan. Flatten and stretch the dough to cover the bottom. If it doesn't quite reach, cover it with a towel and let it relax for ten minutes, then stretch the dough some more."
