Pizza Preview & Another Meme

This pizza recipe is coming soon!

I know I just did a book meme a few days ago, but I was tagged again by Liz! It's pretty quick and I have a few books sitting near me, so I'm choosing a new one.

Again, I'm not tagging anyone, but if you want to do this, please feel free to tag yourself. Here goes!

1. Pick up the nearest book.
2. Open to page 123
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.

The book is Italy in Small Bites by Carol Field.
"Divide the dough in half, and set each piece in oiled 12-inch round metal baking pan. Flatten and stretch the dough to cover the bottom. If it doesn't quite reach, cover it with a towel and let it relax for ten minutes, then stretch the dough some more."

I've never made dough. I cheat and by it from the store. I don't know why I'm so afraid to made dough. I guess it's because I wouldn't know what to do if it didn't rise.

I love Carol Field, esp. her In Nonna's Kitchen. Great stuff.

asha - You have a good weekend too! : )

nina - If it didn't rise, then it would just be flat bread. No worries!

bipolarlawyercook - I'll have to look for some more of her books.

That's a good looking pizza. I must say I've been pizza- obsessed lately since I saw a picture of a white clam pizza on a blog a few days ago. This reinforce the craving! Yum.
