Summer 2014: Free Yoga Classes in Boston

The Summer 2015 listing of free yoga classes in Boston is up!

You're invited to "Like"the new FreeYogaBoston Community on Facebook and please follow on Instagram too!

The annual summer update of free yoga classes in Boston is finally here! The day with the most classes is Saturday, so this post is just in time for you to check out classes for tomorrow.

If you're interested in other types of outdoor activities, the Boston Parks Summer Fitness Series has also put together a nice schedule listing free classes held around the city. The classes include Boot Camp, Line Dancing, Tai Chi, Zumba and Salsa Dancing. Also, take a look at the listing of free classes by Kate of Boston on Budget.

For the yoga classes, it's usually best to bring your own mat and maybe a bottle of water too. Check the linked websites for updates on classes, especially when the weather is bad.

I'll update this page if I learn about any changes or new additions. I didn't see any free classes on Tuesdays or Fridays, so those days are not listed below.

Each listing gives the location and time of class by day of the week. Try something new this summer and start planning your free yoga classes now!
