The Simple Things - A River Flower

Scientists call Queen Anne's Lace a weed. The simplicity of its beauty is stunning.

On my way to the beach, I pulled over to the side of the road to take a closer look at the Pocasset River. What a view. More pictures of the river are coming here soon.

But for this shot, I looked a little closer. A little smaller. And kept it simple.

This simple thing is for you Christina! Happy Birthday!

Many of us in blogland are celebrating the simple things and sending birthday wishes to Christina. Won't you join us?
