Taste of WGBH ~ Food + Wine Festival

Today through Saturday, a three day festival filled with all things food and wine is coming to Boston!

The opening gala reception for the Taste of WGBH is tonight from 7-10pm. The tickets are a bit pricey, so there might be some left.

From 6-8pm on Friday evening is a wine auction. Again the ticket prices are a bit steep for many of us, but if you're serious about buying wine at an auction, it's a steal.

On Saturday, WGBH will host their own farmers market! It's free and open to the public from 11am - 6pm. Shop at your leisure and purchase from a variety of vendors while listening to live music, rain or shine.

You can sign up for moderately priced education seminars, but at least one is sold out already, so sign up quickly. There is a free seminar on sustainable food and a session that you can pay to attend called The Artisan Taste. The Artisan Taste features celebrity chef book signings and cooking demos.

WGBH provides local PBS television programming and NPR radio and can always use our support!
