Free Yoga Class - San Francisco

Free yoga classes are one of my favorite things to write about. Before, I've written mostly about classes in the local Boston area.

Well, I learned that there is a free yoga class tomorrow afternoon, January 30, 2010, as part of Yoga Journal's San Francisco Conference.

I know that I've written a lot about Yoga Journal lately, so in case there is any question, I'm not getting paid by them or getting anything free. I just like the publication. I always disclose!

Anyway, as part of the conference, there is a free community class open to the public from 1:00pm - 2:00 pm at the Hyatt Regency, sponsored by Zobha. They have some very cute clothes on their website! But I digress. Nikki Estrada is teaching the class.

Hopefully some of you can take advantage of the free class and go. Namaste.

IT's been awhile since I've done yoga -- I loved it. I am slightly disabled now, and the occasional Pilates is more my speed -- less time trying to pick myself off the floor, ha. I have been to most of the US but not to MA yet and dying to go -- history buff that I am...stopping over from SITS. I have a sweet tooth too and just found The Silver Palate's Brownie recipe, which made the best I've ever eaten. Gonna post the recipe when I make a batch for my parent's for Valentine's Day...

Thanks so much for coming over to my blog and commenting. I like yoga to... but... I have not been to a class in ages. Lol
The older I get the sweeter my tooth gets... I have a hard time passing it up!

kriste - Thanks for the SITS visit! I hope you get to try yoga soon!

i wonder wye - Cool name! Thanks for stopping by. I know that I'm biased, but I do love the Bay State. Hopefully you can visit when it's warm and see plenty of historical sites, but check out the beaches too!

I've heard that the Silver Palate cookbook is a real classic, but have never taken a look. It must be a great recipe!

hipchic~cynde - Welcome! Hope you had a great weekend too!

gamma sharon - You're welcome! And thanks for stopping by here too!
