A Free Burrito!

I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food. I do enjoy it, but I usually don't crave it like I do Italian or seafood. When I got home from work today, I received the usual junk mail and bills, but I also received this very stylish advertisement, well more like an invitation. It was addressed to "Resident" so it wasn't really for me personally, but I do reside here and will take free stuff where I can get it.

To whoever designed this campaign, "Good job!" I'm assuming that the restaurant Chipotle sent these out to everyone in the area. I don't live near Brighton and I'm usually not in that area, but the next time I'm sort of in the area, I think I'll stop by Chipotle to take a look and a taste. The menu looks very simple, but good. Have any of you tried this place?

I received a similar card soon after Chipotle opened in Davis Square. They were probably sent to everyone in the surrounding neighborhood.

As chain restaurants go, the food was very fresh and delicious the couple of times I have eaten at Chipotle. I remember thinking, wow, their taco shells are so crispy, I wish I could just buy the shells to make tacos at home.

Sounds like a place to grab some grub before or after some BC football next fall!

It's not bad, definitely fresh tasting and not greasy. But Boloco is better.

I love Chipotle though there are none close to where I live. I have eaten at their restaurants in several states as I travel for business and I heard that they are owned by Taco Bell's owners and were developed to appeal to the upscale Taco Bell customer. If this is true, it's amazing because there is no comparison nor similarity between the food at these two establishments as Chipotle leaves Taco Hell in the dust! Use your gift card soon; you won't regret it.

I'm with sulfog, free food taste better!
I've seen chipotle restaurants in NY but I never gave it a try. Maybe when I get my free burrito offer in the mail. :-)

Chipotle is pretty darn good. There isn't one where I live now, but I used to work near one, and went there for lunch a few times. I love their salsa!

Hi Anali!

There is no shortage of Chipotle's in the Washington, DC area... I love them.

Unless your are horribly deformed, the burritos are nearly as large as your head.

gunfighter - Hi! LOL! You're too funny! Well, I think I have a pretty normal sized head, but that would still make for quite a big burrito. : )
