September is National Yoga Month + Black Girl Yoga

I found this video on For Harriet. It is hilarious! As someone who has often been the only black girl in my yoga class, I can identify!

The video is by Boston's own Obehi Janice, creator of Fufu & Oreos. Since September is National Yoga Month, this seems like a fun way to kick off the yoga festivities! Take a look here for events near you.
