3 Boston Freebies This Weekend!
If you're looking for some free things to do this weekend, here are three.
1. Free Watercolor Painting Workshops
Boston Parks & Recreation is offering free outdoor watercolor painting workshops in different parts of the city on different weekend days this month from 12pm to 2pm. The first workshop is on Saturday, September 6th. Meet at the Christopher Columbus Statue in the North End. On Sunday, September 7th, meet at the Jamaica Pond Boathouse. Take a look at the schedule for details.
2. Free Cake & Prizes
Stop & Shop is turning 100 years old. From 10am to 4pm on Saturday, September 6th, they will be celebrating at the stores with free cake, balloons, samples and a chance to win New England Patriots prizes.
3. Free Admission to the Museum of Fine Arts
MFA Community Day is celebrating 20 years of Director Malcom Rogers. There is free admission for all on Sunday, September 7th, from 10am to 4:45pm.
