Boston Globe Subcribers: Globe GRANT to Support The Arc of Massachusetts

For several years on this blog I've supported The Arc of Massachusetts. Today, I learned about Globe GRANT.

If you are a Globe subscriber, you should receive a voucher in the mail and you can decide which nonprofit to support. In case you are looking for a worthy organization to support with your voucher, I recommend The Arc of Massachusetts as one of the best.

Nonprofits accumulate GRANT dollars, which are used toward the redemption of print advertisement space in the Globe. The five non-profits that receive the most GRANT dollars will be named GRANT award-winners and recognized with an advertorial feature in the Globe.

The mission of The Arc of Massachusetts is to enhance the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

They accomplish this through advocacy of supports and services based in the community. Through advocacy and collaboration with others, The Arc of Massachusetts has helped to establish and maintain significant legislation and funding on both the state and federal levels.

The Arc is an organization that is dear to me and my family. All support for them is appreciated!
