A Watermelon Themed Children's Birthday Party

By Jennifer Inocencio
One of the best things about being a food blogger is having people tell you about all fun things food related.

A co-worker told me that her sister had a watermelon themed birthday party for her daughter. She made watermelon rice crispy pops, which were simply rice crispy treats with food coloring and chocolate chips for the seeds.

The watermelon cupcakes are vanilla flavored cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, pink and green food coloring and chocolate sprinkles for the seeds. Such a creative idea!

While not pictured here, they also had a watermelon lime and mint punch.
