Have You Tried Kashi Honey Sunshine Cereal?

Oh. My. God. This stuff is addictive. A bunch of Kashi cereals were on sale last week and there was a coupon. So I figured I'd try it.

I needed a quick snack to tide me over until dinner tonight, so I grabbed some yogurt, half a banana, and what was supposed to be a small handful of the Honey Sunshine cereal. Before I realized what was happening, I had eaten several handfuls and was in the middle of some sort of honey cereal induced Cap'n Crunch flashback.

Kashi Honey Sunshine tastes so much like Cap'n Crunch, but after reading both nutrition labels, the Kashi cereal looks much healthier to me.

When I was a kid, my mother usually would not buy Cap'n Crunch for my brother and I. So most of the time, we could only have it when we were over someone else's house.

I wonder what the consensus is among moms now with the Honey Sunshine cereal. Does it pass the test?
