Baking Inspiration: Flour

Recently I visited the newest Flour Bakery location in Cambridge. Now I've been to all three! I took the Red Line to the Central Square stop then walked.

It was a nice little trip. I picked up Joanne Chang's new cookbook and of course a little snack to take home.

I wanted to sit, read, and enjoy the Apple Snacking Spice Cake, but the place was packed. Not a surprise. Who wouldn't want to sit there for a while? So instead I enjoyed it at home and wished that I had bought two pieces. I'm going to have to bake this cake. Luckily, it's in the cookbook!
