Autumn Tea For Little Girls - Saturday, November 13th

This has got to be one of the cutest events ever! It looks like so much fun.

If you know of a little girl, aged 5-10, who loves dolls and food, it would be a wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. She might even make some new friends.

Thank you to Candelaria for letting me know about it.

The official name is An Autumn Tea with my Doll, Teddy, and Me. It's being sponsored by the Black Gold Doll Club of New England and Discover Roxbury.

The Autumn Tea is from 1:30-3:30pm at Putnam Hall in Roxbury. Children ages 5-10 are invited to dress up and bring their favorite doll or bear and:

~ Dine on an assortment of sandwiches, cupcakes and fruit.

~ Sip tea and cider.

~ Play interactive games and be entertained with live music and storytelling.

~ Discuss the history of tea parties and see an exhibit of black dolls and books.

Children must be accompanied by an adult (two children per adult). The cost is $25.00 for an adult and child. $5.00 for a second child.

For more information and to register online, click here, visit the Discover Roxbury website or call 617-427-1006. There are just a few spots left, so register soon!
