What Do Gisele And I Have In Common?

Until very recently, I've spent very little time thinking about Tom Brady. And he's perfectly fine with it. See we're cool like that. Sure, Tom is one beautiful man and he has led the Patriots to unchartered territory. But as I said in my last post, I'm not really into football.

However, I do love flowers. Now the headlines with the recent picture of Tom Brady have all been about the boot on his foot. Of course I do hope he's okay, but I've been wondering about the flowers. When I saw the picture, the first thing I thought was that the flowers were so pretty and he's so sweet to get them for Gisele. Especially if he really has a bad foot! Then I was wondering where he got them. Where exactly would Tom Brady go to buy flowers?

Well, I kind of forgot about it, but then I was in Stop & Shop on Newport Avenue in Quincy tonight and saw this picture. So if this is correct, then Tom Brady bought her flowers at Stop & Shop! Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I think I might have laughed out loud. Then I whipped out my phone and took a picture. I only saw the display, because I decided to treat myself to some flowers.

Okay, I have virtually nothing in common with Gisele, but if this sign is true, then we just may have flowers from the same place.

Wait! Was he in Manhattan when that picture was taken? To my knowledge, there aren't any stop & shops in the City. But i could be wrong... and i'm wrong a lot! haha

zen chef - You're right! I think he was in Manhattan or wherever Gisele lives. He was supposedly going over to her house. Very interesting. I wonder...

I'm surprised they haven't changed the name of the shop to "flowers for giselle" yet...

That's funny. I wonder if the Stop & Shop florist was really trying to imply that Tom bought his flowers there, even if he didn't? What a hoot!

(By the way, I know women love getting flowers, but so do we guys. MY WIFE has sent them to my office once or twice and the reaction from co-workers was GREAT! They wondered what I did to deserve them. Well, I don't kiss and tell...)

Anali, I love the bodaciousness of the title of this post...it pulled me right in! Now having actually read the post, I realize that you and I must be twisted in the very same "six degrees of separation" kinda way ;)

Great post and I assure you that somewhere Ms. Gisele is pleased as punch to have so much in common with you!
