Some Baking Tips

Hopefully I've intrigued some of you to want to do more baking. If you're new to baking, I've put together some ingredients that you'll want to have in your pantry to get you started.

Check out the list here on my food blog And Razzleberry Dressing over at BoomerGirl.

Anali,

I checked out the list. Thanks for doing that. I watch a lot of cooking shows on PBS and most make baking seem so out of reach of an average cook like me, okay maybe below average.Lol

Anyway thank I'm going to start buying many of those ingredients over time.

And thanks for listing rice milk. I don't use regular milk any more. I've been using soy but it's getting kind of expensive. Rice milk looks like a nice alternative.

mes deux cents - I love the cooking shows on PBS too. I agree that a lot of shows make baking seem so hard. And I wouldn't do it myself probably if I hadn't watched my mom for so long and learned short cuts. I'm so glad you're taking my list to heart! It means a lot to me! ; )
