I can't think of the words night & day together without thinking about Al B. Sure. I'm still a fan. I thought I'd eventually get over him, but I can still listen to his music and feel like I used to back in the day. I can imagine myself at 85 still humming along to his music and thinking about my youth. Although watching the video now, I don't quite understand all the denim.
Anyway, I remember singing this song over and over and defending him and his unibrow to my friends! I still think he's gorgeous even with the unibrow! I wore the In Effect Mode cassette tape out playing it so much and replaced it with a CD. I still pull it out every once in a while. I bought his Best Of CD too and those songs still sound good to me.
Today I was walking to the T and the sign struck me as I looked at it with the sky above and the red brick wall beside it. While I was walking home tonight, I thought I'd try a contrasting shot. And I walked home with music of Al B. on my mind.

For some reason, the pictures aren't showing at work (darn it)!!! I do however remember Al B. Sure and how I thought he was sooooo gorgeous! "Night and Day" was my jam!!! :)
I have the same prob as tera, I cannot see the pic. I remember too Al B. being cute then I would see the eyebrow up close and want to pluck it. LOL.
I have his best of CD and I Love Nite and Day. I am putting a Love CD together with a few of his songs.
Wow, you bring back some good memories, when I was in Infantry school I used to listen to "Oooh this love is so...that, I won't let you go.." and "Night and Day".
