It is going to be a warm day in the low 80's. that ice cream is sure tempting. You are right about wanting something sweet after all the stuff that has been going on.
Is there any sort of market for new ice cream flavors? I bet you could sell this one. Maybe some tie-in with Southern Comfort and an ice cream manufacturer. I'd copyright it, now, if you can do that with ice cream.
Do U DELIVER? WOW!!! SoCo Chip...MMMMMMMMM! Last weekend I practically O.D'ed on CHOCOLATE. Went to a wonderful spot here in NYC (Max Brenner's) & Had Hot Chocolate w/Brandy (but not your regular HOT chocolate - it was truly DIVINE!!) Now, I SCREAM 4 YOUR SoCo Chip ice cream! I'm so impressed by your culinary skillz Sistah Anali!
nina - It's funny that you say that, because after visiting the blog "Dessert First" the other day, I realized how many things I've yet to bake!
asha - Hmmmm. Some banana would be good in this too. When I made and ate this ice cream, the weather was warm, but it's gotten chilly again. I'll be looking forward to your ice cream recipes too!
tera - Wow! Thank you! ; )
starry nights - I hope you enjoyed the weather and had something sweet!
pom d'api - Here's a little scoop for you! Ooops I dripped some on the keyboard trying to upload it. : )
suldog - That would be very cool if Southern Comfort or someone wanted to purchase it! I'd sure be willing to make a deal.
linda - Welcome! Glad you were so tempted!
lotus reads - LOL! Glad you liked it. I hope the warm weather comes up there soon!

Too much of that and you might need peptol bismol ice cream that these people made.
