I don't...moody gemini - Good to see you around! I don't really notice the yogurt, but I like it, so maybe it just blends into the flavors that I like. Not sure. The yogurt does help with the texture too. <br /><br />The banana is a strong flavor, so you could eliminate it or use less and increase the other fruits or add different fruits. Papaya is a nice one which will add to the texture. With this recipe are the yogurt and bannana taste the most powerful?
